Bill Heard is notorious here in the Tampa Bay area. The best bet is to go to another Chevy dealership. There are several good dealerships nearby but none of them advertise the kin dof prices Bill Heard does. They sucker people in.
I do agree, GM should revoke their ability to sell GM products. Let them sell Toyotas!
