I just recalled one of the ugliest GM vehicles ever, Buick Rendezvous, appeared on two TV shows:

1. Lynette (Felicity Huffman) of Desperate Housewives used to drive one (e.g. the scene where she forces her husband to tell her she is sexually attractive by completely blocking traffic on a shopping center parking lot) before she went serious and got a Maxima

2. Sookie (Melissa McCarthy) of Gilmore Girls was driven to hospital while she was in labor for the second time in a Rendezvous by her husband. Rory (Kimberly Alexis Bledel) declare she felt sick on seeing that and didn't want to look. No wonder!
