i bet our little friend debra was just driving her car on the highway like the rest of us and neglected the fact that for maximum savings, the prius needs to be driven 75% in the city, where its electric engine will be doing most of the work.

people expect to buy a hybrid, drive it like an SUV and get stellar milage. Im just surprised its the prius and not the accord, or highlander hybrids.
