Performance wise, I think that it will be quite competetive and it more than likley will be priced way lower than it's competitors so it should do well. I dont have any problem with the STS, I sat in loaded RWD one this weekend, it is still one of my favorite news cars, I love all the features and I think that is a good looking car, for me, it really would not be a deal killer if I could not get the V with all the goodies since I like regular STS a whole bunch too I would'nt end up disapointed.

Having the STS-V and being able to get all the other goodies would be icing on the cake on a car that I already really like.
