After going through a nightmare with the 2003 VUE my family owned, I became a little skeptical of saturn and kinda hoped that they got rid of it instead of olds, while i still believe that, after sitting in an 05 VUE, it felt like a totally different car, yah the outside is virtually the same, except for the new colour keyed door handles, the inside is quite nice. The seats feel more durable and comfortable, the materials feel and look better, the white gauges and the slight usage of chrome around the shifter make it look nice, the automatic headlights are a welcome addition. Overall it felt like a well built car, something our first VUE never felt like, also the VTi is gone which is another welcome addition. I have to say I'm quite impressed with the way Saturn is going, they are bringing fine looking automobiles and improving old ones, even the new ION is quite nice looking, inside and out. Lutz has done good for GM, he's eliminated the fisher price plastic interiors, he's improved the styling, he's improved GM's quality, reputation and brought back RWD to some of its cars, now you guys are complaining about not having a RWD platform when I might remind you of the cars Cadillac had before he came in, that's right FWD sedans galore, if he hadn't came in, there would be no solstice or sky.
