I don't think you can get a Manual for to fit the 3.1. I heard about someone rigging up the manual out of a Vue Redline but I think it involved alot of custom work.

As for performance, RSM racing has the most to offer in terms of bolt on parts. There's a link to it here on GMI I think. You could find a cold air intake just about anywhere but the cheepest place is probably ebay. In any case make sure you get a K&N filter. A cat-back exhaut system would also give you a boost in power or even just replace the stock muffler. A engine shop could also offer you some good services like porting and polishing your heads and manifolds. You can also get your 56mm Throttle Body bored out to a maximum of 65mm. The only place you can get headers short of custom making them is a company called doctor speed. It's there for a Grand Am but it's all the same so it'll fit.
