I have purchased all of my vehicles under the GM Employee discount because my brother in law works for GM. The GMS price you have there is the employee price plus the rebate that GM has for that vehicle. The way it has worked for me has been that GMS price you have is the price you pay plus tax, title, and any other fees. The only negating you can work with is the value of your trade if you have one.

Also I think the GMS price depends upon if the dealer is participating in the program.
