2000 Cadillac Seville STS.

Quite often I'll turn my car on and it will have a Security light on the dash with a message on the DIC reading "Service Theft System". The ignition switch is brand new and we've replaced the theft module along with a brand new key and it still there. It happens more often on cold mornings and wet, soggy mornings. When it's warm outside it might happen 3-4x a week, where if its cold it can happen up to 3-4x a day. I'm at a loss for what it could be.

My solution now is to turn the car off and turn it back on, and it goes right away.
