couple questions about your review itself in red

a couple about the Fiesta:
- how substantial did the car feel?
(I drive a small car (~170" ovl) and did not get the even smaller model NOT because it was too small but cuz it felt flimsy in comparison)
- how was the rear & rear-side visibility? in driving/changing-lanes as well as parking
&
one Q for anybody who knows (I can't access most of the FiestaMovement.com from this laptop )
When are they doing testdrives in Chicago???
The car felt awesome in the way that there were NO rattles, I mean I think I subconsciecely thought the cars were pre production even though they are 100% Euro spec models so quality was the first thing I noticed...

Examples being:
-The door pulls on the interior (Dont they "Look" cheap in pics?), Well their not, they are somehow soft touch and dont feel cheap at all.
-The steering wheel is really nicely gripped and I think the overall theme in the fiesta interior is pleasant suprises. Things that Appear to be hard are really very soft and "grippy" for lack of a better word. The overall dash itself is so soft you can poke it with your finger and leave a split second indentation. The Agent pointed it out, and we were both touching all the surfaces of the dash that all felt good. So yes, the interior feels more than substantial and is better than my Fusion was and alot better than that of the current Focus.

*One side note was the very upscale noise the turn signal "click" made, and all the sticks on the steering wheel for lights and such were upscale feeling compared to most other Fords currently on sale.

Real visability was good in my opinion just because the vehicle im used to be driving, or maybe the short overall length of the Fiesta hatch. I know the window after the C pillar slopes up if not its non existant, so I could see some shorter drivers may have some visability issues, but who knows. I felt tall in the car but I think Ford did so in the driving position no matter how far jacked up the seat was.

Changing lanes was a bit dicey in my first ride because I felt the mirrors were placed low on the doors and I felt like I had to adjust them poiting upward, so in that aspect they might be Form over Function. I overall had no problems merging into busy traffic though in a visability aspect.

Looks like the Fiesta Movement wont be in the Chicago area this month anyway, the only dates in the central US are Cincinnati and Louisville KY. I almost wonder if they already came to your area, I mean Chi Town is a huge market.

I believe the DSG will come to all global models as the automatic after it reaches our shores next spring. The automatic on the versions we could drive were 4 speeders.
