I think Chrysler and GM are not a bad combo.

1. Merge Jeep and Hummer into one, keep the H3 and sell along side.
2. GM has no van anymore, this would give them a good one.
3. Shut down all the Chrysler engine plants and put GM engines / tansmissions into Chrysler cars. That would probably increase their reliability significantly and increase capacity to full at GM.
