Ok, I forgot what this website is! But for the comparision between Honda and GM. GM beats Honda on the big cars, such as Trucks and SUVs. Therefore, GM has a very top design on trucks and SUV. Honda beats all American cars on the small size vehicles.
For the dealership, I think Ford is the worse. I don't really know about Honda service yet. I am the first time Honda buyer now, but all Honda drivers, I haven't heart any complaining.
I've been through two Ford dealers for my car to be serviced in the past. They didn't do a very good job. Matter of fact, I had a relative who is a handicap in the vehicle during the time I was in for service. There was a problem with the visor that should take only a few minutes to fix, but the dealer refused it, he wanted to drop the vehicle off so that he could charge for an hour repair because the vehicle was under warrantee.
After all, I had to chat with the service person for a while until he agreed with me that my relative who is a handicap in the vehicle.
