It was mid-pack. Nothing spectacular. I'm not sure what the IIHS holdup is for the G8. Perhaps their members don't have enough of them insured to rate? |
Good post, interesting link. Did alright, but that's an '06 model before side curtain airbags were implemented across the range and a couple other minor adjustments to the car, due to government regulations. From the figures on that test, it looks like they're not needed at all.
P.S. I think Euro-NCAP and ANCAP are the exact same tests.
