I just don't know why GM doesn't develop too many HOT versions of the same motor, thats ALL Nissan does.

How hard is it to, increase valve size +1MM, increase port volume, and change runner length and cam duration. Shade tree mechanics re-engineer vehicles like this in an afternoon.

2.3NA DI on a light RWD Pontiac, like 3000 lbs. Smaller car obviously.
Put some hot parts on the 3.0, And make a 270 horse GXP version, nice High revving all those goodies.
