We are a new chevy dealer.My how it has changed.We need a larger area Chevy say,s go buy the other dealer out.
Right now we are just holding our head above the water.We are just a phone no.The only way we talk with anyone from chevy is by phone.
We have no service rep.Over the last three years we have had two real problems no field help at all.One has cost us and chevy alot of business.
We a new building as well as a well lighted lot.OUR CLOSEST DEALERS HAVE NOW OF THAT.One dealer is three people.The dealer,a mech.and a bookeeper.
Come on gm.work with your dealers who make the investemnt and try to keep your image up.We are not just another person out there.
I can only imagine where we will be in the future.
DISAPOINTED CHEVY DEALER.
