Yes Robert, that is correct but I think it's more of the problem that the Yanks don't speak English properly.
LPG is basically a propane & butane gas mix (usually around 70/30, but it varies a lot), but the the yanks use the term 'gas' for petrol, so what do they call real gas.
They seem to use the generic term 'propane' for their LPG, even though it is a mix.
