Put up or shut up, but knowing all the hot air that comes out of a used car salemans mouth I've pretty much already figured out all I'll hear is verbal diarrhea. Care to prove me wrong and actually post up what you'd do to turn around GM? Pointing out what NOT to do doesn't count.
