That's something that I noticed as well. If you still had their volume instead of their replacement they probably don't have as much of a drop % wise.
Look the whole industry is hurting, everyone! Except maybe Honda, no one is immune to this horrible economy. Its just that when someone is down like the domestics it is so much easier to pile on.
How much is Toyota getting press about the almost 50% drop in Tundra sales? They are right in line with the rest of the industry in sales.
One positive about GM and trucks is they are not like Ford or Dodge in that they are just launching new product that they probably spend Billions of R&D dollars on. GM at least got some form of profit from that. Just imagine what would happen if GM was trying to launch the 900's now? It would be much more of a meltdown than it already is.
Like someone else said, they need an Aveo that gets 45+ MPG and they need it now!
