Despite having less displacement, 20 fewer horses, and less torque, the 528i gets better fuel economy (18/27 vs 17/25), and it is noticeably faster than the G8 V6. Says a lot about the base 3.6 doesn't it?

G8 V6=regular gas
528= premium gas
Suddenly, you gas cost is about the same, and that's not a good thing for a car 500 lbs lighter.
Why are we even comparing $27K car to a $46k car?
