I actually think that GM has a good shot of expanding its crossover lineup successfully. Even the current Equinox was just a size bigger than all of the true cute utes from the Japanese companies.

I am pretty sure that people still want lots of room, versatility....etc... and they can get all of those things with much better fuel economy than the truck base SUVs.

Lastly, GM does make the best truck based vehicles in the business. So why can't they dominate the X-over market as well?
