Focusing on smaller, more economical possibly ground-breaking vehicles first? sounds great.
Merging brands? perhaps?
Rationalizing product across brands? absolutely.
Cutting a brand? sure sounds like a money loser.

*Product (GMC has a huge disadvantage here...almost as bad as Hummer)
