we arent anywhere close to 1% but im just saying... it can be toxic

So can water, so can pure O2. We all have a little mercury in us...so moderation is the key and history has shown that we are not at a max for atmospheric CO2...
Also I hate when people say that switching to some more efficient thing takes X number of cars off the road. what about shutting down X coal plants or X trains or X amount of cows farting?
