Great Stuff. I concur with just about everything.
If GM does not have the money to refurbish their dealerships, then changing to a highly professional customer staff with a simplified standardized buying process is the next best thing. I would much rather have a knowledgeable straight shooting sales representative than a latte machine at the counter any day of the week.
The Market Capitalization figures are mind boggling in a really bad way. How do reward that kind of "success"?
