With a small demand for manual (most drivers in NA would take automatic, like it or not) and the requirement for CAFE, if AFM can't work with AFM, offering manual on the G8 could make no sense in terms of profits and fuel economy.
I can understand why GM doesn't offer but I don't like that decision.
