Apparently you didn't read closesly.
XJ starts at $60K and goes to about $104K.
S-Class (in the US), starts at $89K and goes to about $190K.
XJ does cost about the same.... in the lower range.

No. Escalade would have a 5-pass version.
Cayenne does 0-60 in 4.9 sec. 4.5 sec is not out of the realm of possibility.
