What engines will the Asian and European versions use?
Will the Ecotec engines like the 90hp 1.4 liter Twin Port, 115hp 1.6 liter VVT & 140hp 1.8 liter VVT replace the older E-TEC and D-TEC engines used by the current GMDAT Optra/Lacetti?

It seems that in Europe it will have the improved next generation of the existing 1,6 L and 1,8 L GM DAT engines, also the existing 2,0 L diesel from GM DAT, but due to the fact that it will be on the Delta II the strongest version (150 HP) will be probably available.
I only know the engines for the new Astra:

1.4 9ohp, 1.6 115hp, 1.8 14ohp, 1.4T 125?hp, 1.6T 18ohp, 2.oT 22ohp and maybe 24o or 26o for OPC/VRX/Redline
1.3TD 9ohp, 1.7TD 11ohp, 1.7TD 125hp, 2.oTD 16ohp and maybe lata 19ohp

Don't know if Chevy will use the same Engines for Europe market.
