<-- Lived in Japan for two years...
In Japan you have to prove that you have a place to park your car before you are allowed to buy it. The only exception is for ultra small Kei cars. I'm guessing you have to prove you have 4 parking spaces for a Tahoe.
Don't get me wrong, I really like the Tahoe (the Sequoia looks like crap) but you can't even drive it in most of Japan. This is a country where they still have single lane "two way" bridges. Many American CARS can't even fit on those bridges. A buddy of mine actually ruined his Crown Vic going across the Sagami river near Camp Zama.
My Inlaws have an older Skyline Sedan and my Father In Law has a heck of a time just getting it into his driveway. I've seen drive ways so small that a Mini Cooper looked huge in it.
I guess the Yakuza might like them though
