All 5.3L and 6.2L Tahoe's get the 6-speed, as does the Avalanche. On the half-ton pickups, no regular cab trucks get the 6-speed. On the extended cabs, only 6.0L gets the 6-speed. On the crew cabs, all get the 6-speed except for the 4.8L models.
