I'm really a fan of the W204, especially the diesels (which we don't get) and the insane C63.

You should stop by a dealer and check it out. As cawimmer430 said, everything is top notch in terms of quality. The switches and buttons are all perfectly tactile, the materials are befitting of a Mercedes. The perfect click of the door latch when it's closed (something all MB had years ago) is worth $35,000 alone.
