The white car is the diesel version and gets a different bumper. I'm a little underwhelmed with the "bird beak" grill. There is a very extensive discussion on the Acura board...

Also, it only has 201hp... the 2008 version has 205hp. I'm sure it will be fun to drive, but I'm not sure I will buy it.
