Maintaining the Chevy part ought to be easy since it is pretty much all standard Blazer stuff, the camper part requires basic handyman skills to fix whatever starts to fall apart. I had to reassemble the closet with wood screws as the original staples were losing their grip. Other Chalets in wetter parts of the country suffer from the poorly designed roof, which allows water to seep in rather than run down the sides. Nice thing about the interior of mine is that it was reupholstered fairly recently, so I don't have to worry about fixing that. Keep an eye out for others!
