Thanks for the reply..
My truck is all stock grill and no power programmers or exhaust ever.. I have had it at several dealerships and some of them have not been able to duplicate it.. I have had the fan clutch changed 2 different times under warranty. I also have had the air cleaner assembly from a 2006 lbz installed under warranty. It still overheats alough it helped a little bit with the a/c assembly. I am trying to find how to reasonably solve all the problems with my duramax lly overheating issues. The truck sits in my garage with 21k miles on it. It is still under fact warranty. The belts are not slipping actually I was thinking the fan seems to be running to fast and loses some efficiency by spinning so fast. I know about the hydroboost thing I formorly had a 2001 3500 8.1 with allison, same braking system but I never had the hard stiff steering with that truck or any overheating problems.
Any help would be greatly appreciated..
