Anyhoo, it would be strange to see Opel test sedan first before the hatch.
2. That said, the fact that they are using a dash design reminiscent of the "new Opel style" as seen in the GTC concept and new Insignia spy shots, leaves me worried - there might be too little differentiaton between Opels and Chevrolets (perhaps intentionally, for GM to be able to swap badges accross markets, but that's not something I like). I am also not a big fan of this huge hazard lights button (which should be red anyway IMHO)
3. The fact that the vehicle is still smaller than the most recent examples of the ever-growing compact sedan species gives a good argument to the Gamma theory IMHO. The, supposedly-Gamma-based, Grande Punto gave birth to a compact-sized Fiat Linea sedan, so...

1. Yes, it is not an OPEL ! It is definitely the new Daewoo/Chevrolet Nubira !
2. The Dash looks similar to the Opel Design, but the Astra Dash will look more like the Insignia !
3. On the pics it seems to be that the car is smaller, but it isnt. The Nubira
will use the same Delta II platform as the other Cars, too. (Astra, 9-1,
etc. )
I saw them driving around my Hometown! I think Opel is using them as Mule Cars for the next Astra!
