Here’s what I don’t understand, the Invoice price jumped $716. The MSRP, GMS, and Supplier prices all remained exactly the same on both sheets. What’s up?

You agree to a price, and then they come back with one that is $716 higher? What was their explanation for that? I'm glad to hear it sounds like you walked out. Could be they were showing you the invoice price before dest. and/or adv. fees, and now when it's time to buy they are using the invoice amount they should've been using all along, which included those fees. Those fees are certainly legitimate and should be paid. The point is they should've been showing you those all along since they are non-negotiable. Are you sure they were showing you the actual invoice, or were they showing you some sheet they had generated?
You could try to negotiate down the amount that you agreed to pay over invoice. I'd hold out until the end of the month.
All this being said..........if you're in the vicinity of invoice on an Enclave you are getting a good deal and it might not be worth bickering about, particularly if you don't want to accept some risk that you could end up empty-handed.
