Confused?!

Before 1985, the name Somerset was used on a special edition of the RWD G body Regal.

At first, when Buick introduced the name "Regal", it was a trim level on the Century. Even ads from 1973 refered to the Buick Century Regal. Prior to that, Studebaker also used "Regal" as a trim level on it's different lines.
