but problems occur in Impala's at a major greater rate then that, with that said the Impala has great build quality. Your car must have been built on the final shift on the last day of the week lol.

I like the Impala - and obviously we would not have ordered and bought it if we didn't. I am a long-time GM customer (and one of the forums members and GM supporters who actually buy GM cars).
However, my main complaint is the car was built with obvious defects that the dealer didn't even bother to correct (or point out and fix under warranty before delivery). Yes, I am making multiple trips to the dealer for repairs, but in this age of much-hyped "Greatly improved GM Quality", I don't see it.
