In the E-Klasse, they have basically just changed the grille so that it wouldn't fit and that's all, except for equipment enhancements, IIRC. So, I believe whatever got changed the last time in the CLS was supposed to be the MCE. It is still a hot vehicle, Mercedes doesn't need to refresh it that much.
