There are certain things you can negotiate at Saturn to help you out, but they only apply to certain circumstances. You can negotiate the following:
Used Car Price
Trade-In Value
Accessory Price (should the vehicle already have accessories or you want to add them)
Doc Fee
Service Agreements (extended warranty, tire protection etc...)
I will not negotiate anything else with you because I can't. There have been plenty of times where I could have saved a sale if I could have negotiated, but the price you see is the price you pay.
As far as the person above who stated they had the dealer pay their first month payment, that is up to the dealer. Most in my area will not including my own.
