I find this statement funny as well as a salesman, do you know what supplier discount is?? a percnetage? a dollar amount?, you probably dont, so when customers come in here and say hey I work for CN, I get supplier discount, we say sure, here is your discount, and done....they dont kow what it is supposed to be and have no idea what markup is in the vehicle, so if you came in and said I get supplier discount for such and such, I say sure you get $1257.34 off this perticular model, you cant say 'no its more then that' you have no idea what it is...

and you basically cant negotiate any more, since that is what your supplier discount is....like most said it can work against you, unless you know what your so called supplier discount is.....which you wont...most places will just say here is your discount, follow me to the busniess office.

we just use fleet rebate and go with those....
