Looks like Lutz was right for bringing the GTO if only for one reason - look at Pontiac's appeal scores. this is for a company that is trying to sell its product on appeal. now, imagine how much lower that score you see would be w/out the most appealing sporty car. i think from this angle, the GTO was very necessary and has been a success. i don't know if theres a way to prove it, but i bet the GTO brought a lot of people into the dealership who ended up buying a different pontiac - maybe they didn't like the trunk size so the salesguy pushed a GTP on them. can any salesmen here verify or negate this?
