Most of the cars you cant sit in are due the fact that the interior is mostly made of super hard plastic, and not ready for production. They put on a finish to give it a nice look, but if you were to ever sit in these vehicles, you would jump right out. And thoes that do have a finished interior, its most likely one of a handful of preproduction cars, and they dont want to have the interiors of there mega-expensive cars busted for when they show it off and try to impress the public.
Either way...they need to get production ready cars out of the darn sales floor.

I dunno Alex. I mean, that may be true with concept cars, but some Cadillac dealers "illegally" sat in the new '08 CTS and said that the seats were mega comfortable, more so than the STS. I sat in the Malibu and the materials were identical to the Aura. A few hundred reporters wouldn't be able to mangle a CTS interior, simply not possible.
