I love hearing stories like this, regardless of who the dealership/store/company is. It's just nice to hear of people going out of their way to help someone.

I always make sure to let the manager know whenever I've had a good experience at a store/dealership, and make sure the employee is praised (verbal, written, etc). It's always nice for a manager to hear how well his employees are doing, and it's especially nice for the employee to get a compliment and recognition from his manager!
